We caught up with Software Resources CEO, Tamara "Tammy" Giaimo recently to find out more about her company and their connection to WBENC. This occurred relatively early in the company’s life when it had the opportunity to create a contract management system for a leading media and entertainment company. By recruiting the best talent for the job and managing it meticulously, Software Resources was able to deliver on time and within budget. “We were immediately given the opportunity to provide technology contract staffing services to the company which we continue to do today on a national scale,” Giaimo says.
More recently, Software Resources expanded its services by offering payrolling and back-office support to a long-time corporate partner. Giaimo increased Software Resources’ credit lines, hired additional support staff, and created a parallel business service for the customer. The result is that – in addition to the large volume of Professional Staffing with this client, Software Resources has added a high-volume of payroll, or leased employees that have helped them meet aggressive national hiring targets.
During a career spanning 24 years, Tammy has been deservedly recognized for her many achievements. She received numerous awards and accolades for providing clients with exemplary service. Tammy has served on the Board of Directors and has been the CEO since 1992.
Today, Software Resources serves the staffing needs of its clients nationally. They have consultants in 13 states and utilize a CRC (Central Recruiting Center) model administered from its corporate office in Lake Mary, Florida.
